Com la podem fomentar?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avui m&#8217;han fet arribar un v\u00eddeo for\u00e7a interessant sobre higiene emocional, de Guy Winch, i com cos i ment (sabem que no estan dissociats) conflueixen en l&#8217;estat general de la persona. Est\u00e0 integrament en angl\u00e8s. Em quedo amb dues idees que he vist que en fa esment que m&#8217;agrada promoure als pacients:<\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; El concepte de &#8220;indissocialitat cos-ment&#8221;<\/b>. El cervell d\u00f3na ordres al cos a l&#8217;hora de bellugar-lo, fer excercici o dir-li que li fa mal una extremitat perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;aparti o canvii la posici\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta. De tota manera, un cervell, paral\u00b7lelament a les funcions corporals, tamb\u00e9 pensa. \u00c9s important fer \u00e8nfasi amb aix\u00f2, perque per aquest motiu, quan est\u00e0s constipat amb el nas tapat i mal de cap, et costa pensar, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 al rev\u00e9s: Quan est\u00e0s baix de &#8220;moral&#8221; (trist, decebut, desanimat) tamb\u00e9 dones ordres al cos inverses: que no pot afrontar tantes coses, que baixi el rendiment, que dormi o que es deprimeixi&#8230; fins i tot pot portar a ajudar que el cos es percebi vulnerable i que agafi diferents malalties perqu\u00e8 li baixa el sistema immunit\u00e0ri.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<b> El concepte de les &#8220;expectatives&#8221;:<\/b> Bona part de la generaci\u00f3 de pensaments negatius t\u00e9 a veure amb les expectatives que tinc d&#8217;alg\u00fa o d&#8217;alguna cosa. Si jo esperava que per Sant Jordi em regalessin una rosa i no la rebo, em sento malament, perqu\u00e8 em trenca les expectatives. Si jo crec que les normes a seguir a casa meva s\u00f3n d&#8217;una manera (per exemple: fer cada dia el llit, tenir els plats nets al vespre, no deixar revistes al WC&#8230;) i l&#8217;altre persona que conviu amb mi t\u00e9 una altra idea (rentar plats cada dos dies, no fer el llit, tenir revistes al WC per mirar-les quan s&#8217;hi asseu) <b>em trenca les expectatives<\/b>. Si no s\u00e9 comunicar-li el problema i arribar a una soluci\u00f3 conjunta, <b>em crea un conflicte<\/b>, i aquest conflicte genera tensi\u00f3, malestar&#8230; aquest malestar si no el deixo anar, o no tinc l&#8217;espai per fer-ho, al temps d&#8217;aguantar-lo en el meu cervell, em crea una tensi\u00f3 corporal&#8230; la que sigui: de vegades un malestar corporal (una tensi\u00f3 a l&#8217;esquena), de vegades un doloret intern, problemes de panxa, una tremolor&#8230; de vegades afavoreix el sorgiment d&#8217;una malaltia m\u00e9s greu (i dic &#8220;afavoreix&#8221; eh! perqu\u00e8 &#8220;predisposa&#8221; al cos a un baix estat, per\u00f2 no el &#8220;condiciona&#8221;).<br>\nSi en un altre cas, una malaltia m\u00e9s greu que ja m&#8217;ha aparegut pel que sigui (menjar malament, fumar&#8230;), em decepciona, autom\u00e0ticament envia al cervell una ordre de &#8220;No lluitis&#8221; o &#8220;est\u00e0s malament&#8221;.
