En concordan\u00e7a amb la visi\u00f3 m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia de la salut, en els \u00faltims anys hi ha hagut un increment sostingut de l&#8217;evid\u00e8ncia respecte a el fet que <strong>el benestar i les emocions positives tindrien una base neurobiol\u00f2gica i efectes en la salut<\/strong>, no essent aquests efectes explicables nom\u00e9s per l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de malaltia o dol\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La psicologia positiva<\/strong> ha fet grans aportacions, mostrant que el <strong>benestar emocional <\/strong>i els seus components s\u00f3n susceptibles de ser intervinguts i potenciats millorant l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 de les situacions i la resili\u00e8ncia,<strong> eventualment aportant a una millor salut i benestar en general<\/strong> de les persones tant sanes com amb dol\u00e8ncies, <strong>no nom\u00e9s centrant-se en l&#8217;estudi de la patologia f\u00edsica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els estudis que s&#8217;han anat realitzant fins ara, dels quals podeu veure&#8217;n refer\u00e8ncies al final de l&#8217;article,  mostren que <strong>practicar l&#8217;agra\u00efment <\/strong>fa que les persones presentin <strong>nivells d&#8217;energia m\u00e9s alts, estan m\u00e9s relaxades, s\u00f3n m\u00e9s felices i estan m\u00e9s sanes<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 ens porta a concloure que ser agra\u00eft t\u00e9 el potencial d&#8217;allargar la nostra vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un exemple, elaborat pel <strong>Departamento de Psiquiatr\u00eda Norte,<\/strong> de la Facultad de Medicina dins la Universidad de Chile, al juny de 2019, ens explica en el seu estudi que la gratitut s&#8217;associa a diferents <strong>beneficis a nivell f\u00edsic:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Disminuci\u00f3 de marcadors proinflamat\u00f2ris i simptomatologia f\u00edsica<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Millor funcionament cardiovascular<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Millora qualitat del son<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Disminuci\u00f3 de la pressi\u00f3 arterial<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Millora la resposta immunit\u00e0ria<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, des de la <strong>perspectiva de la salut mental<\/strong> porta els seg\u00fcents <strong>beneficis a nivell psicol\u00f2gic:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Augmenten les emocions agradables<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Milloren les conductes prosocials i la satisfacci\u00f3 vital<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Redueix l&#8217;angoixa davant la mort<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Redueix la simptomatologia ansiosa (contribuiex a disminu\u00efr el cortisol, hormona de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Es guanya en capacitat de resili\u00e8ncia i qualitat de vida, ajudant-nos a recuperar-nos m\u00e9s aviat davant un fet angoixant o traum\u00e0tic.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les persones que practiquen la gratitut davant de qualsevol situaci\u00f3 es mostren m\u00e9s felices, se les veu m\u00e9s confiables i disposades a ajudar.<\/strong> S&#8217;ha demostrat que els professionals de la salut que reben actituds de gratitut per part dels seus pacients generalment milloren el seu benestar, redueixen el seu &#8220;burnout&#8221;, incrementen la seva motivaci\u00f3 i promouen el desenvolupament d&#8217;una pr\u00e0ctica professional m\u00e9s plena i reflexiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant al mecanisme d&#8217;acci\u00f3 de l&#8217;actitud agra\u00efda, s&#8217;ha plantejat la hip\u00f2tesi que el seu efecte en el benestar podria estar relacionat amb el fet que <strong>millora l&#8217;afrontament de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s mitjan\u00e7ant el suport social, afrontament actiu i l&#8217;optimisme<\/strong>, <strong>disminueix la pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;emocions no confortables <\/strong>com l&#8217;enveja, el ressentiment, la comparaci\u00f3 social i el remordiment, <strong>redueix el consumisme, augmenta l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a mem\u00f2ries positives i podria augmentar el benestar espiritual, entre d&#8217;altres mecanismes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explicats aquests conceptes, <strong>la pr\u00e0ctica de l&#8217;agra\u00efment es pot treballar en dos sentits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Agra\u00efment a mi mateix\/a:<\/strong> al que tinc, al que s\u00f3c, al que he aconseguit fins ara, sense comparacions.<\/li><li><strong>Agra\u00efment a les circumst\u00e0ncies vitals: <\/strong>als moments que m&#8217;han fet actuar de noves formes i cr\u00e9ixer com a persona. Aquest segon, de vegades no \u00e9s tan senzill d&#8217;aplicar segons les circumst\u00e0ncies o fets vitals estressants que s&#8217;hagin trobat. Per arribar aqu\u00ed, segons el cas, s&#8217;ha de fer un treball m\u00e9s acurat que contribueixi a entendre el rerafons del &#8220;<strong>perd\u00f3<\/strong>&#8220;, separar les persones de les seves &#8220;<strong>accions<\/strong>&#8220;, reduir les actituds &#8220;<strong>d&#8217;injust\u00edcia<\/strong>&#8221; per tal de <strong>separar &#8220;el fet a\u00efllat&#8221; de la &#8220;meva lectura&#8221;<\/strong> o l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 de la <strong>&#8220;imperman\u00e8ncia de les situacions vitals&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un exemple d&#8217;actitut d&#8217;agra\u00efment que pot ajudar-nos a plantejar moltes coses, \u00e9s la <strong>can\u00e7\u00f3 de SHINOVA: &#8220;Te debo una canci\u00f3n&#8221;<\/strong>, que ens il\u00b7lustra la capacitat de resili\u00e8ncia, acceptaci\u00f3 i agra\u00efment de totes les circumst\u00e0ncies viscudes.
